1. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
1.1. Amendment Service Subscriptions and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please select your Subscription service carefully. For assistance please contact Aeropath Ltd.
1.2. All other goods returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition may be returned by the Customer for a refund provided that the goods are in their original condition and packaging.
1.3. Once the return has been received and inspected by the Aeropath , it will notify the Customer by email that the item has been received and advise as to whether it has been accepted for refund in accordance with the requirements of clause 1.2. If the return is accepted Aeropath will process the refund within 14 days.
1.4. Aeropath will replace any item that is defective or damaged on delivery.
1.5. In order to apply for an exchange or refund in accordance with this clause the Customer should send an email to email@example.com and return your item to: Aeropath Ltd. Level 7, 100 Willis Street, Wellington, New Zealand 6011.
1.6. The Customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning an item to Aeropath whether for refund or exchange. Aeropath will pay the return shipping costs of replacing a defective or damaged item to the Customer.
